From the Mac App Store — free, no account needed. Pro is an in-app purchase inside the app; the download itself never costs anything. Requires macOS 15 or later.
macOS needs a separate permission for system audio. Open Diphony › Settings › Health Check; if "System audio" is not green, follow the button there — it takes you to the exact panel in System Settings.
That should not happen: Diphony keeps the microphone and the system audio as two
separate tracks, so attribution does not depend on guessing voices. If you do see it,
send us the session's transcribe.log (Settings › Health Check › Copy Report).
In the folder you chose the first time you opened Diphony — Documents › Diphony unless you picked another place. The current path is shown at Settings › Library folder, with a Change… button. Each session is a plain folder with the audio and the transcript inside — nothing proprietary, nothing locked.
Open the paywall and press Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.
That is the free plan: two recordings a day, each of any length. The counter resets at midnight. Pro removes the daily limit; whatever you already recorded stays yours either way.
App Store › your account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; see the Terms of Use.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (sign in with the Apple Account you bought with, find Diphony, choose "Request a refund"). We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but support@diphony.com will help if something went wrong.
